The ideal project for me is a total home cleanup like a foreclosure, rental property changeover, or a home purchase.

Exterior

New siding, siding repairs, painting, cultured stone, stucco repairs, caulking and sealing, elastomeric paint, exterior trim work and dry rot repairs. 

Roof leaks, wind damage, attic ventilation, sun tunnels, skylights, dry rot and water damage repair, new flashing for chimneys and AC units and other roof repairs,  new gutters, gutter repairs, gutter cleaning, leaf guard, and attic insulation. 

Interior

Painting, trim work, laminated wood floors, lighting and ceiling fans, wall and ceiling texture, custom wall finishes and sheetrock repairs. 

Outside  

New fences, fence repairs, yard clean ups,  tree work, pavers, retaining walls, weed-eating/ firebreaks, decks, sheds, and other landscaping.
